“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him” (Hebrews 11:6, NIV)

When God is first place in your life, and you make pleasing Him your highest priority, then you can fully expect to live a blessed, fulfilled life! In today’s verse, notice who God rewards. It’s not people who half-heartedly seek Him. It doesn’t say “people who only think about Him when they’re having a problem;” or “people who will only come to church when something special is going on.” No, God rewards people who earnestly seek after Him. That means we are determined. We get up every morning and thank Him for His goodness. We go through the day meditating on His promises. We give Him praise in the good times and the tough times. We are constantly stretching, growing, learning and striving to know Him better.

Today, remember, when you diligently seek God, He promises that a reward is coming. He promises He wil give you strength, wisdom, favor, good breaks, promotion, healing and restoration. When you seek Him with your whole heart, you will find Him, and you won’t be able to outrun His goodness and blessing!

Today, many people are walking around not knowing who they really are. Not naturally speaking, of course, but spiritually speaking. Once you receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, you take on a new identity — His identity. Everything He is, you become. Because Jesus is an overcomer, you are an overcomer (1 John 4:4). Because Jesus is more than a conqueror, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). You become empowered to do all things through Christ who gives you strength (Philippians 4:13)!

Sometimes the hardest thing about following Jesus is that I can not see Him like I see everyone else in this life. Of course blessed are those who believe with out seeing and I do believe. But that doesn’t mean that it is always easy. Jesus came down to earth to show the presence of the invisible God. It’s easy to get lonely in your walk with Jesus. It’s understandable to sometimes feel like you are just talking to the ceiling. But then God’s spirit that dwells with in us comes to the surface. And o fee that tug on my heart. So yeah maybe I can’t see Jesus right now but I know I will and oh how I long for that day.

Okay yeah. At least you have a great attitude about it all. Even though he hurt you you still hope the best for him and that my friend is a sign of true forgiveness. Yeah I will defy pray for you about all of that. I have those friends that I just keep praying for that I can see the potential in them but they dont see it in themselves. So yeah let’s pray for your friend and keep brining before Gods throne and pray that God works in his life and yours. Also keep being there for him and show him the love of Christ and in that there will be a heart change. Be that light of the world in his life. :) God bless

that he is running from it and the reason he gave up because he thought it was too hard. and i just need someone prayering for him. because even though i want to hate him for what he did i can't. and i really want his happiness. i just i don't want his life to be a waste because i know that i know that God has plans for him and will do amazing things with his life if only he would give up this world and take up his cross. i just want him to get right with God if nothing else.

and well i told him i'd wait for him. 5 months later with me still believing his words he all the sudden tries to set me up with his best friend. he then pretty much said that he has given up on us long ago and just had not told me. i said i would not date his best friend no matter how much he was pushing for us to but i ended up dating his best friend anyways. but pretty much later i found out that everything he said to me was a lie and he even lied to his best friend (my now boyfriend) about

hey, i kinda wanted to ask for a prayer request. ya see its sorta a long complicated and overly dramatic and emotional story. but there was this guy that i was dating this past summer just without the official name. he opened up to me about a lot of things in his life and how he thought God was showing him where he needed to go and he was finally beginning to listen to him. however he said that before he went head on into a relationship that he needed to heal from past hurts from relationships
